	Workshops are open to all semi-professional and professional dancers, teachers and dance artists. There are additional evening sessions for beginners, youth and community participants.
Choreographic Laboratories developed out of the need for professional dancers and dance artists to engage and innovate to create new ideas in an open and explorative manner. As a production company Myriad Dance has been working on finding ways to develop and nurture choreographic skill within their company on an ongoing basis. One way this can be achieved is when Myriad’s dancers and dancers from all around the country experience work from an exciting variety of guest and resident dancers.The programme this year has taken on an international dimension and focus with a visit by our guests from US based company Canyon Movement Company from Arizona. During the Choreographic Laboratories Canyon will lead a dance residency in Wexford with the participation of dancers, teachers and youth dancers.*Canyon Movement Company and Myriad Dance will incorporate their very exciting trans-national performance project RUINS* into the open sessions in the afternoon labs. *This element of the Choreographic Labs Platform is supported by Arts Dept Wexford County Council.
