Jessica Kennedy
Jessica Kennedy trained in the U.S.A., Dublin and London and completed her BA Hons. in Dance Performance and English Literature at Middlesex University, London. Jessica is a former member of the English National Youth Dance Co. and Compound Productions.
She has worked with Storytelling Unplugged (Romania), Stage Junket Co. (Edinburgh), Adrenaline Dance, Satu Tuomisto Dance Co. and Retina Dance Co.. She is co-founder of Junk Ensemble and recently performed her own choreography 'Watch her Disappear' at the Dublin Fringe Festival. She has worked in Wexford with Myriad Dance since January 2004, this is Jessica's third production with Myriad Dance.
Aine Stapleton is from Wicklow, Ireland and has recently gained a 1st Class BA Hons. Degree in Dance Studies from the University of Surrey in London. She also has a distinction in Dance and Performing Arts from Inchicore College, Dublin.
She is a former member of Dublin Youth Dance Company and has work shopped in the UK with the Richard Alston Co., Rosemary Brandt, Carol Brown and in Dublin with DV8's Lloyd Newson.
Since graduating Aine has choreographed and performed for the Walthamstow Street Festival in London, and workshops students weekly in contemporary dance at the Navan School of Performing Arts and the Mary Gregsby School of Dance Arklow, Ireland. 'Adaptation of a Meeting' is Aine's second production with Myriad Dance.
